SPM Uplifting Youth is a training and development company built on purpose, people, and practical outcomes. Whether we’re working with sales teams, client facing professionals, or young students preparing for their future, our goal is to deliver training that actually makes a difference.
The company was founded by three friends who decided to embed something personal into their professional journey. They named the company using the initials of their mothers, whose strength and resilience shaped their values. While one of the original partners had to step away, we continue to carry forward that shared spirit with pride. Today, a new director has joined the leadership, bringing fresh energy and commitment to our expanding work.
We now operate with a team of five, three directors who lead the strategy, content, and delivery, and two dedicated team members who ensure day to day execution stays smooth, responsive, and professional. Every person on the team contributes to designing meaningful sessions, managing operations, and keeping the learning experience seamless for our clients.

His journey from job consultancy and HR to retail training has provided him with unique insights and a well-rounded perspective on talent development and organizational growth.
Pushpak Kanti Das

Having served as a private consultant for the city police on various cyber safety initiatives, Pushpak is passionate about educating individuals and organizations on navigating the digital landscape safely. His expertise in social media safety, combined with his skills in team building and working effectively under pressure, drive the core values of our company. Mahima Banerjee
Program Execution Lead
Mahima Banerjee is a dedicated and empathetic team member at SPM Uplifting Youth Pvt Ltd, bringing hands-on experience from both clinical and corporate settings.
